Sale Alert - JACHS New York

I was recently introduced to the New York based clothing brand JACHS, who's style is inspired by classic american and they have a wealth of soft cotton and flannel plaids and denim to offer. Their philosophy is that a person should be able to look great without even trying, so they create pieces that are easy and comfortable to wear, and might I add, all look great with jeans. (I really wanted to mix things up and at least thrown in a skirt, but it's been far too cold and snowy, sorry.)

JACHS sent me a few of their pieces, and I love the quality and attention to detail found in each one. It's no secret I'm the kind of person who cares just as much about what is on the inside as the outside (I've bought a coat or two where I've been more in love with the lining than anything else).

On each of the shirts from JACHS I noticed a small, but wonderful, almost completely hidden detail. On the blue plaid the inside of the collar and along side the buttons there is a soft velvet trim, and the check shirt has a contrasting chambray. The polka dots on the chambray shirt are actually woven into the fabric, and all the shirts feature a tab and button on the sleeves so they can be rolled up and kept in place.

I adore these details, in my mind they speak to the quality and craftsmanship of the shirts, but of course the best part right now is the price. All of JACHS merchandise is currently 75% off! That means the shirts which range from $74 to $112 will be $18 to $28, so this is a sale not to be missed.

Because JACHS does not currently have a size guide for women, you should consider that their shirts do run on the small side and I would recommend sizing up, even on the shirts that are noted as being 'oversized'.

  21. I am a sucker for good detailing, and that velvet trim is as good as it gets! I love how you styled all three of these shirts, but of course the last once speaks to me most - my love chambray is deep, and my love of leopard is even deeper. I can't believe what a discount these shirts are on now, but must remind myself to stay away from the site since Paris is just two weeks away ;)
