Casual Office Attire

I'm pretty sure I've worn nothing but jeans, a printed blouse, flats, and a cardigan to work for the last month. I switched the cardigan for the denim jacket for the sake of these photos, but really I've been living in my long black cardigan these days. I feel a little guilty for putting together such uninspired looks for work; if I photographed all of them it would be a big yawn. Hopefully the nicer weather which is finally supposed to arrive next week will give me the push I need to mix things up.

  1. I love the leopard print with the jeans and even though you just added it for photos I like the double denim with the jacket :)

Workwear can get so uninspiring - nothing wrong with having a 'uniform' outfit formula you follow each day. Whatever makes getting out of bed and dragging yourself to work easier is a good thing I think, haha! :)

Hope you are having a lovely week! :)

  5. Man--I go through those times, with getting dressed even on the weekends.....
I'm trying to start wearing dresses more this summer, so maybe that will help???

  6. I think there's something to be said for having a uniform - it means you've developed a style you're comfortable with, that works for your everyday life. Yes, maybe it's not the most exciting to photograph, but ultimately, isn't the point of getting dressed to feel and look good? Because if it is, I think you've definitely got a good thing going!

  7. Oh I hear ya my daily looks are pretty much the same thing everyday! Cropped top, mom jeans and sandals! And if I want to mix it up? Then I pop a hat on my head. Haha! But I must say, your uniform is lovely and sometimes it's just so nice to grab and go!! xo

  11. Okay, I need that shirt. For real. It's a great piece and makes for a very sophisticated look when paired with jeans.
