Other than excessive tiredness, it wasn't a bad week. We celebrated Little Christmas with my uncle and cousin on Monday - usually this holiday is on January 6th, but we had scheduling conflicts and had to float it to the next available date we could get everyone together, which ended up being three months out.
My sister is home on her spring break and we are planning a trip to California in June. We are going to fly to San Francisco, rent a car, drive down the Pacific Coast Highway and fly back out of San Diego. If anyone has any recommendations or advice I would LOVE to hear from you!

ReplyDelete2. YAY for a vacation!!! That sounds like an amazing trip! As usual I have too many trips in the pipeline, haha! Might be doing CA in October since it looks like NZ/AU is being pushed to next Spring

YAY FOR THE VACATION! How fun!

A trip to California sounds wonderful! Despite the fact that I've lived on the Pacific coast for close to ten years, I've still never been down and I really need to go. As for daylight savings time, I swear, I didn't start feeling normal again until Wednesday. The extra light is nice but it's hard to think it's worth it when you're exhausted. Also, I am never going to tire of these nude flats - they are just too lovely!

Your upcoming trip sounds amazing - I love San Francisco!!! One of my best friends just moved to San Diego so I'm really hoping to visit there soon.

Oh fun, your CA vacation sounds like it will be a blast. I've never been there before, sadly. Love this cute layered spring look!
ReplyDeleteYou're going to be on my side of the world! You're going to have a blast! Just make sure you aren't driving down the PCH from San Fran to LA when the sun goes down because it's kind of scary! It's a beautiful drive though.

ReplyDeleteLove the gingham!...Daylight savings killed me too, and, oh my gosh - we are planning a similar trip (except fly to LA and drive to San Fran). Happy planning!

ReplyDeleteGreat gingham shirt - and San Francisco sounds like a great idea.
ReplyDeleteIts very touristy but if I had the opportunity to go back I would return to Alcatraz, the Palace of Fine Arts from the Panama Pacific International Exposition of 1915 and the vintage shops area (can't recall the name).
You are completely speaking my language with this outfit! Gingham and Lace-Up Flats??? Be still my spring wardrobe-loving heart!!
