Back again

Rocksbox invited me to another three month trial of their jewelry rental service, so I'm back with another ribbon wrapped box and three more pieces.

I like that Rocksbox now offers a wishlist feature, which allows you to 'heart' pieces you'd like to receive in future boxes and still keeps your style profile in mind.

For this box I received a delicate pavé triangle necklace by Sophie Harper ($36), a gold Gorjana ring ($36), and an arrow bracelet by Jules Smith ($30).

All of the pieces were a perfect match to my style profile, however I found the ring was too long to wear comfortably, on even my longest finger, and the arrow cuff bracelet unfortunately broke when I took it off after the first time I wore it. While this box is going back, I've added some pieces to my wishlist, and I'm looking forward to my next set.

  2. You look great and the jewelry is very pretty. I have had the same problem with similar rings. I guess my fingers are just too short.

  4. I love the idea of Rocksbox, but it sounds like it can be a bit hit or miss - which I imagine is to be expected. Hopefully by the time they launch in Canada, things will have been refined a bit. It's a shame about the side of that ring, because it really is a lovely piece, but it looks very uncomfortable on your finger. Still, suffering for your photos was worth it because the gold accents against the navy coat and clutch absolutely make this look for me. Such a beautiful colour combination!

  11. That's a shame that the bracelet broke! One of my Rocksbox earrings had a gem that had fallen out and it was disappointing. But my other boxes have been fine so far! I'm enjoying the service.

  14. Those boots are amazing! So sleek and sophisticated! Too bad about the jewelry. I can see how that ring would be uncomfortable to wear.
