Thanksgiving

I hope everyone who celebrated, had a happy and safe Thanksgiving.

Mine was very low-key this year; I spent the morning watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (someday, I want to go to New York and watch it in person) and giving myself a Pinterest inspired manicure.

Then I (obviously) decided to forgo my family's typical Thanksgiving dress code of denim and wear my chevron knit dress. If being the most overdressed person in a room bothered me, I would have stopped this blog long ago.
You know what I'm talking about.

I love your hair Lyddie, you should wear it like that more often! Besides that you look amazing, this is something I would wear to Thanksgiving too, unfortunately it was too warm here. =)

you look fabulous and i love how you styled your dress
the macy's parade was on my bucket list for a long time, when we lived in PA we took the train up and went
it was great, but the night before when they are getting the balloons ready is even more fun

Happy Thanksgiving, Lyddie!! Low-key Thanksgivings really are the best, because then you're not rushing and worrying about making so much food and you can just relax, yeah? :)

Way to dress up for your holiday, girl. Your chevron dress definitely impresses. :) And I love that necklace, too! *grabby hands*

What a great Thanksgiving outfit. I love getting dressed up for the holidays, but I ended up wearing jeans and dressing it up with heels and a blouse...that's as dressy as we get lol But nothing wrong with looking fabulous especially with that dress

I love how you have been playing up your tiny waist recently! I, too, decided to step it up a little for Thanksgiving this year. It's funny how writing an outfit blog puts you in a new mindset for everything.
