Camel and Cream

White denim in winter has always been a favorite of mine, and I'm debuting a new pair of white jeans. The old ones had gotten so stretched out and baggy I needed a belt just to hold them up, so an upgrade was in order.

I decided to try out the Old Navy Rockstar jeans because I'd heard good things about them from other bloggers, love the simple clean design (no embellishments on the back pockets) and they are available in "short", which is ideal for someone of my small stature. It's so nice not to have five inches of material pooling around my ankles.

  11. I know you know how much I love white, and especially winter white. The most recent addition to my wishlist is a cream coat just like the beautiful one you're wearing. So far I had only thought of pairing it with more white and dark denim, but now I know for sure I'll need a camel sweater to wear under it, too, because this look is just beyond perfect! Love, love, love.

  12. You can't beat Cream & Beige or Camel. Out of all the neutral colors, they are the softest and prettiest. You nailed this Outfit. The Sweater & Coat are so pretty. I too have great things to say about the Rockstar Jeans.

Hope your job interview went well. =)

  14. I'm getting in the mod for my white jeans again too! Too bad it's been raining so much, and since my jeans are a bit too long the dirt from the wet footpaths will only ruin them. I'll just admire your stylish winter-white look from afar and dream of more spring-like days to wear my own version of it! xo

  19. I've been needing a new pair of white jeans as well, and I haven't been to Old Navy in a long time. Might have to stop by soon. How are the waist on these jeans? My problem is that the waist is often too tight while the legs fit perfectly.

  24. oooh, I always appreciate a tasty sounding food title for an outfit, haha!

You make neutral look so darn good. I really adore that camel color with all the gold. And man, that spike bracelet is beautiful. As is your necklace! You've really got ALL THE CUTE THINGS!

I wish I could wear camel more, but it's sort of the same color as my hair and clashes a bit.

  31. Ok really, you read my mind. I just placed a huge order of jeans from Old Navy because they are on sale for $19 and these were in my cart and I removed them because I wanted them to be fitted but afraid the white would reveal too much. Maybe I'll try them on in the store.

Another pair I love from there for us short folks is the Flirt and the Diva. The Flirt is perfect if you have fuller thighs, so they were perfect for me.
