The right equipment

It's the last weekend in July. Remember that list I wrote at the beginning of the month, filled with what I wanted to do this summer? Haven't done a single one of them. Not good.

I'm keeping my to-do list for this weekend pretty simple though: First, get a hair cut since it's been over a year and I can no longer deal with my super thick hair that fluffs out to three feet wide at the mere mention of humidity.

Second, go to the outlets and exchange the striped skirt I got at J.Crew for the next size up. A four seemed perfect when I was standing in the dressing room, but when I later attempted to sit in it, the non stretchy fabric and my hips did not agree.

And while I'm at the outlets, maybe I can spend my $60 credit to Banana Republic which has been burning a hole in my pocket...

  1. Do you ever have the problem like I do of having a gift/credit at a store and you don't spend the money because you just suddenly can't decide?

  3. I also really, really need a haircut. That's the problem with short hair, lots of regular cuts are needed. On another note, I probably said this already but I am crazy jealous of your awesome neon Equipment blouse. What an epic thrift find!

  16. That skirt is soooo beautiful, and your arm aprty is kickin' it, as always!

As far as to-do lists, just cheat and add stuff you've already done just so you can cross it off. ;) I do that all the time.
