Make you sweat

Things seem to finally be heating up, and this grey sweatshirt dress has come out at least a few times - I love that it's office appropriate, super comfortable, and pretty much a blank slate for whatever accessories I might pair with it.

Nights have still been cool, so a denim jacket makes for a sound addition.

Even as humidity levels and the heat index rises, and I find I have a bit more of a sheen to my skin, you will not hear me complain about being too hot. The winter was far too long and too cold for me to not appreciate every bit of the summer warmpth I can soak in.

Kaleidoscopic

After seeing this dress on a fellow blogger, and realizing it had a fabulous Mara Hoffman like print for the lovely Target price of $24.99 I didn't think twice before adding it to my cart. (Actually it was even less having picked it up during a 20% off promotion.)

It's bright and perhaps even a bit overwhelming in it's shapeless cut, but it feels summery and easy, so I love it.

Destined for spots

Monday is definitely tough after such a great weekend, a perfect mix of being social and having some just with Sean, and reveling in the fact that we were out and about in the world on actual weekend days.

While it was delightfully hot this past weekend, this outfit is from when it was less so. As I've mentioned, white is my favorite color, and I adore my white jeans. I know many people say they are terrified of white because they know they will spill - and I am no different; I spill, yet I wear white. True to form, somehow in taking a sip of my Sister's sangria, some managed to get on my jeans. I came out of the restroom looking like I'd had a different kind of accident, but at least the jeans didn't stain and we'd already taken outfit photos.
