Fringe Sweater

It's funny, in early September when most bloggers are gushing about fall knits, nothing intersts me less than a sweater. I can even convince myself that I don't need any new ones (and there is no more room in my dresser to boot!)

Then the weather actually gets cold, everything that was new this fall gets discounted and forgotten in favor of a fresh wave of spring knits, and I end up six sale sweaters deep in a pile on my chair when those September feelings become a distant memory. How I will manage to store this surplus of sweaters is a problem for another day when a black chunky v-neck with fringe embellished sleeves is calling my name...

  1. What a fun fringe detail on the sleeves! I can see why you had to have this and with it still being so cold for you I think it works as a spring buy! It looks so cosy with that coat too :)

Hope that you are having a good weekend!

  4. There is no way I would have been able to pass on that sweater - it looks incredible and just to amazingly cozy.

  5. There really is something about sweaters. Some how, no matter how many I have and no matter how many times I'm sure I've found the perfect one, there always winds up being another... okay ten others... that I also love and feel I need in my life. Now that I live in Winnipeg, I blame it on the fact that it's so often so cold here, but even so, my sweater surplus is such that I have a drawer, a chair, a couch and a clothing rack all with sweaters living in/on them... and I still keep buying more. All that to say, I empathise completely :)
