Under the magnolia

All the flowering trees may be done now, but with my backlog of outfit photos I have at least another whole weeks worth of images capturing their beauty.

The petals of this magnolia carpeted the sidewalk below it and the bold floral print of my skirt felt right at home.

Funny story - the last time I took outfit photos in this spot I got stung my a bee. I was grateful history did not repeat itself.

  6. Oh gosh, I can imagine that bees would love a spot like this, with all of those beautiful blossoms everywhere! Glad to hear you didn't run into any this time, though. I still remember the last time I got stung by a bee (which, by the way, was almost twenty years ago), because I was so traumatized! On a less dramatic note, I love that you paired a floral skirt with the floral background, the results are gorgeous.

  12. Well I can't wait to see them. We had a mere glimpse of the lovely blossom season due to all the rain and dreary weather that we've had here. I love this skirt on you!
