Lady Date

Even though it can be really hard to organize, I do love getting together with other bloggers. I feel so fortunate to have met Courtney, Christine, and Megan. Knowing them through their blogs is great, but getting to spend time face to face talking, laughing, and complaining is even better.

We Connecticut bloggers might not be the most organized, but we are definitely trying and hopefully soon we can build a really great community. And hey, now we've even got a facebook page, so if you are in CT, I hope we can meet!

  14. It's always lovely to meet up with fellow bloggers!! It was such a great time, that I can't wait for the next. Wished that I had put more thought in my outfit and that I wasn't feeling puffy from my sinus infection. Still the food, drinks, dessert, coffee, and company were all great!!

  16. Hooray for blogger get-togethers! I like that you had only a few bloggers at yours - the one I went to in Portland had about 20 people, so I didn't even get to talk to half the people there.

Your skirt is amazing! I love the asymmetrical hem.

  27. It sounds weird but somehow it warms my heart that you and Courtney get to hang out now and then. She's from my part of Canada and I feel this kinship with her that I can't explain.

And off topic, but dang your skirt is CUTE.

  32. Aaaaww, a blogger meetup sounds like so much fun!! I wish I was in the U.S. and could meet up with some of my favorite bloggers. Alas, in Panama there are almost no bloggers at all, just one or two. Anyway, I really like your skirt! You both look fantastic.
