The Crew

Fall denial continues in full force, and I swear, I wasn't even that cold. Look, I'm wearing a closed toe shoe, if that isn't acceptance of cooler weather I don't know what is...

This is my J.Crew look, by hand and by thrift - it certainly beats their list prices!

And I got another bracelet from American Eagle for free -- the one I got lost a rhinestone, so I brought it back to exchange it and all the bracelets had gone on sale -- three for $10.

a new spot... looks kind of the same... dock and dog dock and dog dock and dog dock and dog dock and dog

  1. I love gingham shirts - is this one thrifted? I always fall in love with the ones at J. Crew, but I just can't get over their prices, even when they're on sale.

  18. Cute outfit, ideally like the blue gingham shirt. It's great when you can find classic/staple pieces when thrifting because you're right, it sure beats the list prices!!

  19. Nicely done!! J.Crew's prices make me very sad sometimes---WHY NUMBER TWO PENCIL SKIRT WHY---so it's nice to see you getting the better of them.

  20. I wish J. Crew would have lower sale prices, because I love their clothes so much. I like the checks paired with plaid.

  28. Such a cute look, I love the mix of pattern. What a great purse. I was just at the Georgetown J Crew and they were pairing pattern shirts like this with outfits just like this. They added a blazer and a belt over the blazer. Either way its looks super cute.

  32. Mannnn why does it look like such a nice fall everywhere but where I am? Jealous. I'm still doing no tights but if it goes too far into the 50s I'll have to bring them out. It would be awesome if we managed to hold out until November though!

  33. Oh what a fantastic outfit, sunshine. You look oh-so beautiful! Happy Friday. xo

  34. I have the same gingham top! I wore it out one night and ran into a guy wearing the exact same shirt! (Technically his was from the men's department at AE, but it was the exact same fabric.) Talk about embarassing. I never thought I would have a 'Who Wore It Best' showdown with a guy.
