The knotted cardigan

The knotted shirt was my go-to styling trick of the summer, so it makes sense that I would want to continue on with that trend and knot my cardigan.
This cardigan seemed like a good candidate, since it's a size too big for me, however I might need to try it with a thinner knit, as this felt pretty bulky.
(Excuse the sever wrinkles in my skirt, you know I hate ironing. I totally wore it out of the house like that. Lets pretend it's supposed to have that crinkled look.)

  4. You inspired me to try the knotted shirt look too over the summer. I wore a knotted blouse over a dress once which was so outside my normal comfort zone!

  6. This is a great idea! I am definitely going to try this...especially since so many of my cardis tend to bag at the waist.

  49. The knotted look is so cute with a cardigan! I would have never thought of it! I think the skirt looks totally fine. I've definitely been known to walk out the house in clothing far more wrinkly than that!

  50. Ha ha, I often pretend that my clothes are supposed to have that crinkled look- it's not that I hate ironing, it's just that I never, ever do it :) I think your skirt is gorgeous, and the knotted cardigan looks beautiful, even if it didn't feel as comfortable as you'd hoped. I'm going to have to try knotting a cardigan now, I'm really intrigued by the possibility :)
