Clinton Crossing Spring Preview

This is the third year the Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets have had their Spring Preview Event, and it's a fun way to see what the upcoming trends for the season will be, and mingle with other Connecticut bloggers. Plus shopping the outlets always means getting a great sale!

I arrived early with Meg and we took outfit photos before the event, then since we both won gift cards we shopped until close. Needless to say, even though I'd changed three times that morning, I was regretting choosing pants where I couldn't change into flats later in the day!

saks off fifth Saks off Fifth always has great designer pieces, often discounted enough to be attainable.
GH Bass shoes I could not believe the prices at G.H. Bass - these adorable espadrilles were only $24!
bag winners Meg and I both won Tommy Hilfiger bucket bags in the raffle.
trying on a skirt at banana Trying on a cute skirt at Banana Republic Factory. It would have only been $12 but I resisted.

  3. What a fun event, Lydia!!
When my mom and I were arguing about ankle pants--this was one of my reasons for loving them so much---you can change from heels to flats so easily!!

  4. This is my biggest complaint with flares. I love them, but the need to wear heels until I change out of them, and somehow, no matter what, when I do wear them, I wind up being out way longer than expected with no option to change. Still, I always love how you wear them, and this look is no exception!

  6. I definitely don't think I would have been able to last all day in heels! But, of course, they are the only with pants like that....

  9. Congrats on winning! :) Although it might not have been the most comfortable option for a long day, your flares and heels do look great! I really like your cami too, lovely piece.

Hope have a wonderful weekend planned :)
