Wildcat Wildcat

I think this may be my favorite outfit of the week. A bold piece like the leopard print pants can sometimes be a challenge. I've worn them with black, I've worn them with white, so how do I give lots of visual interest to a look without adding a piece that is going to compete with the pants?

Grey top, cognac jacket, mahogany pumps, cream bag; I didn't set out to see how many different neutrals I could cram into one outfit, but they all worked together with the leopard so well.

I only wish I had worn this somewhere more fun, but I suppose I do enjoy being the girl in the grocery store wearing leopard pants and heels.

  7. *standing ovation* I agree--one of your top outfits ever. I love all the neutrals and the jacket and pants work so well together. I actually have had an older man tell me in the grocery store that he couldn't remember the last time he saw a woman with heels grocery shopping so just consider this a victory outfit even if it only saw the store.

  18. You have found one more wonderful way how to style those cool pants. There's some classic pairings which we all do, but it always so exciting to see something more creative. Have you tried before to pair them with something green, maybe emerald green, something from darker shades.

  30. That's the way to style leopard pants! Alhough I wear more black, I really love neautrals – think they look good on many peaople.
I am a girl that always dresses up for the grocery store – heals or something chic. Why not look good while picking up some avocadoes :D

  37. That's the thing about neutrals - no matter how many of them you put together, the outfit always works! I am practically dying over those thrifted Coach pumps, so gorgeous. And really, what could possibly be wrong with leopard pants? Nothing, as far as I'm concerned. Nothing at all.
