Scalloped brim

Maxi skirts really have become my new cold weather staple, and I hope I'm coming up with enough ways to remix them that it's not getting boring here - they are just so easy and comfortable!

I am so sad that it's too snowy here for long skirts because I really, really want to be wearing my maxis too!

I love maxi skirts in the fall/winter. They always look so cozy - even though, for me, they generally aren't!. It always helps to pile on the tights underneath them :)

Love this. I'm actually enjoying your winter maxi looks a lot. Plus that cranberry color looks fantastic with the leopard print!

Ahh, I love your maxi skirt outfits, Lyddie! Don't ever stop with 'em. I really want to get myself a maxi skirt just because they seem so practical for winter... like why didn't I ever think of getting one? They're so cute! And I love your leopard sweater--I recently bought a leopard sweater, too, and immediately thought of you.

That plum color really is nice, though :D

I LOVE maxi skirt this time of year too. They're more comfy than jeans and if worn with tights and leggings they still can keep you pretty warm. I love the color on this one, it's very rich and classy, and it looks amazing with a leopard shirt, what a great combo! But I have to say that my favorite accessory is that scalloped hat, it's simply gorgeous!

I never think of maxis for cold weather, but you actually have a really good point - they cover everything {and you can hide leggings underneath for extra warmth! My head is already filling with ideas :)} I love the combination of fucshia and leopard. And the hat is the perfect finishing touch!

Maxi skirts are awesome for the cold weather! (I wear long underwear and jeans under mine of the really cold days and it still works. Maxi skirts are the new sweatpants.) This hat is the best, not only is it floppy, but it has a scalloped edge!
