Pop of leopard

I liked the idea of leopard tights done in more of a fishnet style than a print. It seemed like a good way to be a bit more subtle and classy than having leopard print legs. For just under $6, these Old Navy tights were a steal, although now I'm wondering if I should have gotten them in the brown instead of the black...

I felt like this outfit really needed the pop of red, so I added the cloche, though you have to understand that I did not wear the hat to work. I would get made fun of. No one wears hats in the office.*

*No one but me wears skirts or tights either, but the hat would be pushing it.

Cute cute hat. And that shirt/skirt combo makes you look aaaammmaazing. Your hair is pretty, too. My lovely Lyddie.

  9. OMG you and Bessie are almost twins today! http://www.bravoerunway.com/2011/11/simply-glamorous.html

Simple but bold is definitely one of my favorite ways of dressing. And the tights are awesome-- somewhere perfectly in between subtle and stand-out.

  36. I am seriously LOVING that top and belted skirt combination! The length of the skirt is just perfect for fall and the drape of the blouse makes me envious. I feel like my blouses never quite have that perfect type of drape... though only a style blogger would over-analyze that much, huh?

  38. Oh you look beautiful, I wish hats where back, like people would see them as a normal thing because they look so good, like yoou I'm alone in the skirt and tight wearing at work, most teachers just wear jeans and pants, I think it's a good thing to be different. For now the berets are the only hat I can still wear and feel comfortable in.
