Giveaway: theenclosed.com

We all know the power clothes have to change our moods, and sometimes it's what only we can see which has the biggest effect of all. Sometimes we wear sexy lingerie for our significant others, but sometimes we wear it just for ourselves. Another great mood booster is getting a package in the mail, so theenclosed.com has brilliantly combined the two. A subscription based service, complete with a stylist, a pair of beautiful panties arrives each month in a rose petal filled box. The panties are sourced from European designers, and they offer a wide range of styles.

The Enclosed is a great idea for men who would love to give lingerie to their significant others but are unsure of what to get and might not feel comfortable going to a brick and mortar store. All you need to do is fill out a simple questionnaire and let the stylists do their job.

Wouldn't it be such a fun gift for a bachelorette party too?

But best of all, The Enclosed is giving one Chic on the Cheap reader a free one month subscription to try it out for themselves!

Adore Me Review and Giveaway!

I'm one of those women who has never owned a matching bra and panty set. Being a size that is less common, I rarely find the 'cute' bras, and had long since given up on having anything outside the parameters of 'functional'.

When Adore Me, a NYC based lingerie company, contacted me about doing a review of one of their lingerie sets, I was really pleased and excited to see that they offered band sizing as small as 30 and cup sizing up to the letter I - all in matching sets.

The bra I chose is the Quintessa, a vintage inspired balconette, with subtle polka dots and pretty white lace. I'm really fond of this style because it provides lift and separation and I had no problem with the cups being too small (as I frequently do). I would say that I found the band to be a little tight; typically when I buy a bra I have to clasp it in the smallest hooks, but with Quintessa I needed the largest.

Overall, I am pleased with the fit and the quality, and certainly the price - $60 for the set, with free shipping and exchanges, so you don't have to stress about wasting money on a bra that doesn't fit right.

Adore Me also offers discounted pricing if you sign up for their VIP program, which provides you with a personal showroom each month and you can either choose to purchase a set for $40, or skip the month to avoid having your credit card charged.

Adore Me is also offering a bra set to one lucky reader, so go see if anything catches your eye! You can take the personalized style quiz, and even chat with an online stylist to answer any styling or fit questions you may have!

While Adore Me has only been on the scene since 2012, I think the concept of offering affordable lingerie to women of every shape and size is brilliant, and with a head designer who's previous employer was Victoria's Secret, I imagine they will offer some fierce competition.
