In my city there are dozens of places to get your caffeine fix, but in the warmer months, no place could be better than
Common Grounds. The coffee beans are roasted on the premises and their offerings are expansive - my summer favorite - an iced coconut latte. However, the best reason to go to Common Grounds in the summer is the patio hidden in the back, where you are away from the traffic and can sit at a table shaded by the tree it was built around.
After your coffee, you could walk across the street to do some shopping at
Coco's on the Green (my favorite second hand shop) or head a few minutes down the road to the
local beach, a place you've seen me frequent quite a bit in my
outfit posts, and soak up some sun!
