Water Lily

Little pond
This water lily pond was a nice find a few towns over. It's a little out of the way, so I wont be frequenting this spot, but I had to take advantage while I was there.

Shorts! I finally got around to ironing these adorable little things. Ironing is my downfall, I would have worn them weeks ago had they not been a crumpled mess. Full, almost skirt-like shorts are definitely my favorite kind, they help me not feel so insecure about my thunderous thighs and huge bum.
And what is this, a knotted shirt? I'm clearly addicted to the trend.

I hate to iron also! So many clothes don't get worn because of my non-ironing!

And what are talking about a bum and thunderous thighs? You really are rocking these shorts. Absolutely adorable! You look fantastic :)

What a beautiful location, I love the print on your shorts. Very cute outfit!!
The starfish cuff can be in every outfit it's so fabulous!! :)

I'm the worst about ironing, too. Generally I try to just buy clothes that don't ever have to be ironed, but sometimes I can't resist certain things that I know will get really wrinkly.

Wow, what a beautiful location! Chloe seems to be enjoying it too, so hopefully you make it back more this summer :)

I really like those shorts! I have the same insecurities about shorts, and just avoid them all together. These look great, so I'm glad you found some shorts that you feel comfortable in.

That lily pond is gorgeous! And, trust me on this, when I think of you (and we've met in person) the last epithets that come to mind are huge bum and thunderous thighs - that's just crazy talk!

Those shorts are perfection- ironing hassle or not! (I also hate to iron, although really, who actually enjoys it?) Also I can't get enough of your starfish bracelet and you have a great figure girl- rock it!

What a beautiful spot!
I'm with you on ironing - I try to hang up everything very precisely, so that they're all wearable without ironing. :D

Still loving the cuff and the shorts-skirt is sooo cool!

By the way, I think your figure is perfect (girls with shapely bums unite!:D) and you're wonderful at dressing your shape for the best!

I love this outfit. You look very stylish. I've been wanting a pair of floral shorts, but haven't been able to find any second-hand. I guess I'll just have to keep looking.

This is such a pretty location !
I hate ironing, I rather not wear something than iron it.
It's one of the reasons sometimes I take forever to wear new clothes-
I see Chloe went on that ride !

thanks for posting this inspiring outfit. i bought a midi skirt on last saturdays flea market... but it wasn't a skirt but a skort. i think about shorten it. it must look like your flared short when it's done.

Your bokeh looks super amazing. Jealous! My father is an ironing freak-- he even irons his t-shirts (I know, crazy, right?).

Your shorts definitely almost look like a skirt and are super cute. Full shorts are my favorite kind too!

These shorts are perfection! I've got to add a printed pair to my wish list, and the colors pair perfectly with your new starfish find!
