Patriotic, or a picnic table

Last week I spent Memorial Day with fellow bloggers Meg and Christine. We started the year off with a resolution to meetup once a month and we haven't missed one yet. Hard to believe that it is June already and the year is half over! Feels like just yesterday we were freezing our butts off in the dead of winter.

But now it is delightfully warm, and our fun, often goofy photoshoots have resumed.

Not being too adventurous, we had lunch at Meg's favorite seafood restaurant, the Chowder Pot, took outfit photos, and had DIY frozen yogurt.

• I wanted to, but failed to gain the courage to flirt with our waiter.
• Devoured most of Meg's french fries because I never order them, but then always want them.
• Cajoled Christine into letting me photograph her.
• Watched Meg practically do a back bend to take our footwear instagram.
• Managed to spend over $6 on my froyo (I think those strawberries weigh more than they appear to).
• Was told I looked Patriotic.
• Was told I looked like a picnic table.

So, pretty good for a Monday!
