I kept looking for a 'real' pair of black pants that I liked and that would look professional for work and such, but I haven't found them, and I no one seems to care if I wear velvet leggings.
I think it goes without saying, but they are so damn comfortable. Five dollars well spent, if I do say so myself.

Who wouldn't want to wear velvet leggings three days a week? They gotta be warm and comfy. Love them paired with the camel blazer.

I would love to have some velvet leggings. I'll have to settle for my brocade skinnies, though, for now. I'm loving the layers here too!

A darn fine five dollars spent indeed! I keep seeing velvet leggings pop up and I'm pretty sure I've gotta get myself some more leggings. They are comfy, and they totally look like "real" pants, so I think you're safe, Lyddie. ;)

Velvet pants are so soft, it's hard not to live in them! Beautiful outfit, you look beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, yes velvet leggings are the best thing ever. They are thicker than regular cotton leggings and so they look better too. Plus it is the perfect winter texture to add to an outfit. I love the leopard scarf too!

Those do look pretty darn comfy! :D I got a pair of black pants from Santa but they are really bad -_- They stretched out while I was wearing them and got all gross. I need to just splurge on J Brands or something...
ReplyDelete(and yea, sometimes my cheap buys are good, but other times I never wear them, haha. I'm always afraid of splurges too)

I really like velvet :) I figure it has something to do with growing up in the 90s.
ReplyDeleteYou're making me want a camel coat. I think I'm going to check if any are included in that J.Crew sale...
