Options are limited

I always like to play chicken with my camera's battery. It refuses to tell me it's battery life in something useful like a percentage, so when it turns red and starts blinking, I like to see just how long I can use it before it decides to call it quits.
This time I got though all my weeks outfits, until this last one, when the battery went kaput after five frames. But two of them were in focus and they weren't horrible, so I called it a day.

    I like that sweater. I do the same thing with my camera's battery, so I've missed outfit pictures a couple times because of it.

    My camera does the same thing. It beeps, tells me to replace the batteries and dies. There is no grace period on that bad boy.

    I really love the belt. Takes me about a hundred photos to get a few decent shots. I definitely need a tripod. The one-handed shots just don't come out clear enough.

    The worst is when it's freezing cold out and my battery drains even more quickly! Usually I only have to charge it like once every 10 or 12 days, but with this winter chill - it's been more frequent!
    you look lovely and very sharply in focus! hehe!

    Haha, I'm the total opposite with my battery. If it shows anything but full, it's on the charger in a heartbeat. These pictures look great though! I usually end up taking about 100 pictures when I photograph my outfits...way too many, and I constantly remind myself that I only need less than five to turn out, but still. 100 is the average.

    Lyddie I just love this look. The belt is my fave element - it goes perfectly over the sweater and you have a teensy waist! Okay now about this camera chicken...I have to go buy one. I feel like I'm dodging cars in the street. Argh.

    I think my life is incomplete without purple tights. I'm going to start looking for some! And I charge my battery really obsessively since I learned that half full really means empty on a DSLR... or is that only on mine?
