I have noticed I am so much more of an introvert now than I was in high school and college. I think you become used to routines and it's hard to deviate! The main drive is that you wanted to go, but you knew you had to be up the next morning. You haven't forgotten who you are, you're just making smart decisions. Had it been on a Friday, I'm sure you would've definitely gone. Just don't loose sight of carving out time for yourself. In other news, that jewel toned green is so perfect on you. It's gorgeous!Meghan @ Hayes Dayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11808019316354927445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3551650242422472428.post-85388931788785696122015-11-04T10:50:58.480-05:002015-11-04T10:50:58.480-05:00I would have missed out on a concert that late too...I would have missed out on a concert that late too because I'm not a night person at all. It's so crazy to me that they would start a concert that late on a weeknight.

http://elementsofellis.com/Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07011150271730251091noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3551650242422472428.post-77785869555617547962015-11-04T10:43:02.085-05:002015-11-04T10:43:02.085-05:00I think this is one of the curses of adulthood. Wh...I think this is one of the curses of adulthood. What you see in instagram isn't real, so try not to let that make you feel too guilty about what you don't get to do in your daily life. But at the same time, we are so bombarded by messages about people leaving ti all behind to travel the world and carving their own path, it's hard not to feel like having a regular job that pays the bills, going to the gym when we can make it and just spending time with the people we love somehow isn't enough. One of the things I've learned, though, and admittedly taking a year out of the adult life I just described helped with that, is that if I don't take time to decompress every day, I don't enjoy the things I do find time to do. Better to do few things that really make us happy than have a glamourous-looking, go go go life that doesn't bring us any more happiness, I think. But that might just be what I have to tell myself to get through life ;)
xox,
CeeCeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08822990898186192908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3551650242422472428.post-30095308143354102272015-11-04T10:14:58.617-05:002015-11-04T10:14:58.617-05:00Super cute casual chic look! I say select a couple of times a month where you just go with the flow as long as it's not a weekly or daily thing you'll be just fine. Your young and vibrant. I'd be one and done!
