It works

One of my favorite local shops to buy secondhand is Coco's on the Green. I follow them on instagram where they are often posting new arrivals. This floral blouse was one of them, and as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it. (Now I'm being tempted by this green dress... your Instagram marketing is working guys.)

I also realized half my outfit came from Coco's over the last couple years... J.Crew pants for $10 and Kate Spade pumps for $12... it doesn't get much better than that!

  1. Hehe, yay for pretty tops!! I ended up getting a lot from them during that $10 sale a few years ago that I still wear today. Luckily I'm not close enough to be able to do real damage there...but I've got Roundabout for that XD

  2. I'm always envious of your Coco's finds. Thrift shopping in Vancouver is not nearly so exciting - anywhere you can thrift where you're likely to find lots of potentially great pieces is still pricing things as if they were new and, well, the hunt at your average thrift store is just not my thing. So I'm going to continue to live vicariously through you and your wonderful thrift finds. This blouse really does look like it was meant to be yours and it works so perfectly with those lovely heels, which are one of my favourite pairs in your collection.

  6. Absolutely stunning blouse! It always makes me laugh when I notice how many pieces from my outfit come from a particular store or are thrifted. Those adorable shoes were such a score!

  10. Love the shades of blue and the pop from the little white bag. I keep seeing and reading that white accessories are going to be huge this year.

I follow a local consignment store on Instagram as well. It's so difficult being tempted by so many pretty things!

  14. Lovely blouse! Instagram is dangerous. :) At least with those prices you don't have to feel too guilty about it.
