I guess the images from Lucky Mag and Anthropologie made an impression on my very impressionable mind, and I was quite delighted with the results. The ruffles and the pencil skirt say office, but that little knot screams beach party.
I was super happy with my photos today, so excuse the abundance.

I'm a sucker for a pretty blouse and yours ranks up there with them! You know re: flats,I went through the same thing. Most outfits look so much better with heels but my heels feel so much better in flats! Dilemma.
LOVE that blue bag! It's soooo vibrant and stunning! Great hair too!!! What a wonderful spring look babe!

You know I'm going to just run out and try this right? Seriously. You look amazing in these shots and I am very impressionable.

ok so after reading this comment I need you to chck your inbox. there you will find my home address so that you can mail me those sexy over the top hotness orange shoes. thanks. yes I know we do not wear the same size but just think of me as one of your evil step sisters.. :D
aw your ring is adorable and I LOVE the way the coral shoes and turquoise bag look together. Such cool colors here. I know I say this 9 million times, but your photos are so beautiful. I love the hazy effect in the background. Is that your lens that creates that effect or do you edit them to look like that? I wish I knew how to do that haha. It looks so professional!
I am loving your colour clashing! the shoes are amazing =)

So cute! I may try that out for work too. You got some great light for your photos too : )
That blouse is so pretty on you! Loving the ruffled detail. The bag is darling, such a vivid, beautiful color. And your hair looks totally gorgeous windswept.

OMG, I haven't tied a shirt since the '80s. I used to tie and retie to get it perfect!
You know you're absolutely right. That one simple knot tied in front takes the office right out of this look. I love it. The swirly ruffles down front + turquoise bag make this such an Anthro/Ruche look. Really pretty.

I ADORE those bright heels -- seriously, can I please have your wardrobe?

Your hair looks so good today! I also liked the spin on your button down specially because it is not the typical shirt you would do that with.
I love how you added a pop of color with the purse.
Great outfit! Love the pop of color with the heels and purse.

It took me a looong time to get the button down tied look - I have done it only once ....
I like yours and specially like the necklace it's a beautiful accent to the outfit.
those sandals are too cute!
Loove these photos! So sunny and summery! I agree, I like how tying the shirt gives the whole look a bit of a more laidback feel. Though the gorgeous colors in your bag and adorable shoes helps too!

P.S. Don't you just want to live inside that Anthropologie picture??

Love how you incorporated turquoise and red colors to spice up the calm 'office' look... and just read in another post about your new found love for heels! Contrarily I had to switch to flats as heels make me too tall...:)

I love the beautiful color pops your purse and heels give this outfit! They are great pictures!
Yes! I love tied-off button-downs! And I love how professional this outfit looks with the neutrals and the pops of color.
That bag looks gorgeous with those sandals!
Yes, those photos ARE gorgeous! You always manage to get the most beautiful detail shots! I'm loving the knotted button up shirt look too--it does add some fun to any look!
You look so pretty in these lovely photos darling!

LOVE the color combo. I've been wanting a decent cream/white top but haven't found the perfect one...
I think the tied shirt shows that you are fun and that you look good with your waist accentuated!
